Production Coordinator

About this position

The Production Coordinator is a part of a campus wide team that is responsible for coordinating and executing the technical and creative elements for all worship gatherings and events.

 

Full time following 90-day evaluation period.

 

Key areas of responsibility include...

 

  • Coordinate audio, visual and lighting (AVL) for the following sunday programs and gatherings on a team rotation: Main Sunday Worship Services, GS Kids, Middle School Gathering, High School Gather and Spanish Speaking Worship Service.
  • Coordinates and schedules AVL volunteer team.
  • Assists the Worship Arts Pastor in equipment and environment maintenance. Responsible for set-up and tear-down of all venues based on programming and band requirements.
  • Create/edit necessary media elements for songs and sermons.
  • Programs lighting cues for worship gatherings.
  • Serves as audio engineer when required.

 

 

For this position, you should…

 

  • Have a living relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Broad hands-on experience with AVL technology in a modern worship production environment.
  • Experience with digital audio consoles, ProPresenter, Chroma Q Vista, Mac computers, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro.

About this position

Provide a safe, loving, and comforting environment for children from birth through 5th grade while their parents attend church activities on the church campus.

 

Key areas of responsibility include...

 

  • Care for children by rocking, feeding, comforting and changing diapers.
  • Create a fun environment by reading and playing with children.
  • Value the importance of following all nursery procedures to promote consistency within the safety guidelines set forth in the Safe Sanctuary Policies.
  • Create a loving environment by promoting sharing and being kind to one another.
  • Create a safe environment by removing obstacles or hazards that could harm a child.

  • Have a living relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Possess a natural warm love for children of all ages and a desire to ensure their well-being.
  • Have the ability to genuinely comfort and care for babies and toddlers who are feeling separation anxiety.
